Branch Information: The Oak Bay Branch, originally opened in December 1971, was designed by Wagg & Hambleton and built by E.J. Hunter & Sons. Tony James of Warner James Architects designed the newly expanded and renovated Branch officially opened to the public on October 7, 1999. The total size of the Branch, including the basement, is 11,358 square feet, an expansion of 5,300 square feet over the original floor plan.
